Rick Sabala
Head of Sales and Business Operations
Rick has been rooted in Iowa since 2001. With 15 years of real estate experience and a decade representing Mapes Construction, he has guided countless clients through the home building process-from initial site selection and design development to construction oversight and final walkthrough. That hands-on background has taught him how to translate design dreams into practical, value-driven homes while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Our focus is clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and delivering beautiful, functional homes that stand the test of time.
Britni Sabala
Head of Design and Marketing
Britni is a life long Iowan with a passion for design and people. This passion drives her to guide clients through the journey of building their homes. She believes a home should reflect your personality and lifestyle. Her collaborative approach ensures that she listens to your needs, and preferences, helping you navigate the options to select materials and designs that work beautifully together. She is dedicated to making your experience enjoyable and stress-free, with a focus on quality, clear communication and exceeding your expectations at every stage.
Kenny Loder
Head of Construction Operations
Kenny brings with him over 35 years of experience in the building industry to Kainos Construction. As our Head of Construction Operations, he oversees all field and construction related activity. Additionally, Kenny also painstakingly handcrafts all of our blueprints. His passion for all things construction shows in every project. When Kenny isn’t on the jobsite or sitting at the drafting desk, he enjoys long walks at Saylorville with his wife, playing board games with his daughter, and watching his son play soccer at Simpson College.
