Kainos Construction primarily serves the Des Moines metropolitan area and Central Iowa, including Ankeny, Altoona, Bondurant, Clive, Polk City, Urbandale, and West Des Moines. We accept custom home, general contracting, and construction-management projects across Central Iowa on a case-by-case basis. Acceptance of any project is at our discretion and depends on lot conditions, scope, and schedule.
